Growing from an idea by a few unhappy users
of a forum for weight-loss, this site is
now dedicated to help us all lose weight,
learn to keep it off, get fit and healthy
and feel better about ourselves.
We will be working with health professionals
including doctors, fitness experts, dieticians
and those that work within the mind programming
field that we hope can give some ideas as
to how best feel better about yourself.
Please be patient with us while we work to
build this idea. This has grown rapidly from
a brief conversation and a few requests to
